Greg has started running during lunch a few times a week. I think this is a great idea for a number of reasons:
It helps to increase weekly mileage
It is a more efficient use of time
Getting out in the sun for an hour is awesome when you are in a cube all day

I had a great run today. I went out for 5.5 miles, hoping to do a tempo run. I warmed up for the first mile and really kicked it into high gear for the next 3.5 miles. I would alternate between a quick pace (8:30 or so) and a very quick pace (6:30 - 6:45). [...]
