PowerBar 4.5m/9m Trail Race

Today was the PowerBar Trail Race. This is a pretty big trail race in Rochester (based on the size of the crowd). Taking place at Mendon Ponds and covering some fairly rigorous ground, the race is one or two loops on the 4.5 mile trail.
